Device verification shows the model and warranty dates in our records. An expired warranty does not mean the device is counterfeit.
Verification questions
Can I check a code more than once?
Yes. Checking a code does not deactivate it. You can check again whenever you need to.
What if my code isn’t found?
Check the characters and try again. A missing result alone does not prove that a device is counterfeit. Contact CherryCare for a review.
Where do the warranty dates come from?
They come from CherryBox’s device records. Contact us if the dates appear incorrect.
Does applying to become a dealer create an authorization?
No. A partnership inquiry is a request to talk with our team. Dealer authorization is handled separately.
